Psychedelic Integration
Many people are feeling called to work with psychedelics as a part of their healing and growth journey.
It makes so much sense. Non-ordinary states and plant medicines have been used for centuries in cultures around the world for physical and emotional healing, rights of passage and spiritual expansion. Modern clinical research also confirms the transformational potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy in safe, ethical, trauma-informed clinical and ceremonial contexts. Most references are related to high dose experiences, but many people are also finding healing with micro-dosing protocols that are very low dose and sub-perceptual.
As a therapist with almost 20 years of experience—with a diploma in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy—I'm honoured to support you as you integrate this transformational work. My work bridges integral clinical care with holistic, somatic, trauma-aware and spiritually grounded perspectives. Being a woman of colour myself, I welcome BIPOC women that are looking for a safe place to do this deep work.
What we understand about psychedelics is that it allows our "default-mode network," the usual set of neural networks that inform our everyday thoughts and behaviours, to be quieted or go offline. It is in this liminal space where the wisdom of the body, heart and soul naturally move toward healing. The parts that need to be examined for integration, the trauma that needs to be metabolized through the body, and the spiritual connection that brings expansion and love - it finally has a chance to move move us further into wholeness and wellbeing.

Psychedelic experiences should only occur in legal, safe, and regulated settings. My role is to offer therapeutic preparation and integration support for individuals who have independently chosen to explore these experiences or who have participated in legally sanctioned ceremonies, retreats, or clinical trials. Holistic Preparation
Working in alignment with clinical best practice, client preparation creates a solid foundation for this deep work through intention-setting, nervous-system support, and creating safety in the healing container. This is an important time to create a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.

Understanding what to expect and identifying resources to draw on during challenging moments can allow the mind and body to feel prepared. Building rapport and empowering the right mindset bring trusts and safety for the psyche to feel prepared for this healing work.

Sacred Journey
My training supports clients whose journeys are held in ceremonial and clinical contexts. I offer trauma-sensitive, compassionate guidance, ensuring the experience is deeply honoured. An inwardly oriented journey allows the wisdom of the Inner Healer to lead the way of healing.
The experience could include expanded states of consciousness, somatic processing, emotional release, insights and perspective shifts. Experiences can range from painful and challenging to blissful and mystical. When emotional, physical and spiritual safety is the foundation of this container, even the most difficult journeys can be deeply healing.

Embodied Integration
Integration is the essential work that transforms your experience into lasting change. This phase is key to weaving insights from psychedelic experiences into your daily life with clarity, purpose and safety.

Without integration, even profound experiences can fade or feel overwhelming. With the right support, the insights become embodied change, helping you reshape patterns, heal old wounds, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
