A retreat provides a unique opportunity to take transformation to the next level. Consecutive days without the demands of your regular life pulling you back into old roles and routines. Time to actually settle into your body. A held container deep enough for the nervous system to finally exhale, and stay that way long enough for truth to come to the surface.
You're also not doing it alone. Being with others in the same season of becoming tends to unlock things that solo work doesn't reach.
Two retreats are open right now, each held by Sukhi alongside a trusted and experienced co-facilitator. Both are intimate, in-person, and built for deep, supported transformation. Luxury accommodations, nourishing food, and stunning natural environment included.
